  • FORMATIONAL

    A Weekly, 24-week journey that walks through strategic areas of weariness and woundedness. With deep understanding, a coach will unpack the pains you’ve experienced. A thoughtfully crafted curriculum written by our team of Therapists, Shepherds, and Veteran Pastors guides our pace together (For those actively serving in a local church and for those in transition).   • TROPICAL

    The Cohort crescendos with 4 days/5 Nights between the mountains and Caribbean sea on the east coast of Puerto Rico. We purposely design this closing retreat for deep communion with God, with your cohort, and with the beauty around you in El Yunque Rainforest. Your stay is covered in the Cohort cost. Retreat - Oct 7th-11th, 2025

  • ECONOMICAL

    We understand how difficult it can be to afford investing in your own health. We have priced this experience far below typical costs. You will receive 24 Weeks of Curriculum, Weekly Coaching, Custom Consultation, and a Vacation stay for $2750 ($500 off making the total $2250). Additionally, we have a limited number of partial scholarships to defray the cost.

  • COMMUNAL

    This is intentionally a path we take with others, where friendship and solidarity are formed along the way. Our peer-to-peer structure in a group of 4 to 6 will create traction for seeking renewal together. You will be partnered up with leaders in similar stages and situations. We have various Cohorts for women and for men.
